DCE PROFILE
Design Consulting Engineers (DCE) was formed in 1985 through the consolidation of two (2) engineering organizations. This consolidation produced a multi-disciplinary staff of more than eighty (80) engineers, scientists, and technicians with the ability to provide a wide variety of engineering services to the government, international agencies, and private clients.
Our professional staff includes people with doctorate and master degrees, who hold multi-state professional registrations. They are also members of various professional organizations such as American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and American Institute of Architects (AIA) in the area of their professional expertise. In addition to in-house training, field and laboratory technicians participate in a variety of certifications programs, including those sponsored by American Concrete Institute (ACI, National Institute of Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), and American Welding Society (AWS). Our professional staff has diversified project experience in Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, United States, and South America. Our staff also has strong communication skills in English, Spanish, French, Swedish, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi, and Bangli languages.
Design Consulting Engineers strives to achieve the very best in technical excellence, client satisfaction, cost effective design and management, and timely completion of projects. Our professional staff includes university professors from the Northwestern University, USA and the Illinois Institute of Technology, USA. DCE, in conjunction with this highly qualified professional staff, continues to provide services in Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and the United States.
